Oasis Cabo Living offers a smarter way to own a second home by combining the benefits of true real estate ownership with professional management, flexible access, and the simplicity of shared ownership. Each residence is shared by just five owners, with ownership structured through a Mexican fideicomiso (bank trust). You share the costs and responsibilities of the residence while enjoying a place to return to throughout the year. Your ownership includes an annual allocation of 7 weeks: 2 rotating priority weeks and 5 floating weeks. One high-demand week and one shoulder-season week are assigned through the annual rotation. Floating weeks can be booked at any time from available dates on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners may hold up to two future floating weeks at a time and reserve another after using one. Want to stay longer or return for another visit? Owners receive a 20% discount on available additional paid stays. Combine allocated weeks with adjoining paid nights to extend a visit without using another floating week. You plan your time in Cabo. Oasis coordinates the details. Professional management oversees the reservation calendar, property care, owner support, cleaning and turnover coordination, and guest communication. Optional concierge coordination can help arrange airport transportation, grocery stocking, private chefs and local experiences. The monthly contribution is $125 USD per ownership share, covering utilities and the property services listed in the ownership program. Other ownership costs, separately charged services and rental-management costs are additional. Owners also have opportunities to receive rental income from their own released weeks and a shared rental pool. Assigned priority weeks or confirmed floating weeks may be offered for rental, while other eligible rental dates contribute to the shared pool. Oasis coordinates marketing, bookings and guest services, with monthly statements showing income, expenses, fees, reserve withholding and distributions. Rental income may help offset ownership costs but is not guaranteed. Oasis brings the Baja lifestyle into an intimate community of four condominium residences and four studio residences.
