Table of Contents

Brimming with undisturbed natural beauty, endless beaches and undeniable opportunity, the East Cape region encompasses the most remarkable property Los Cabos has to offer.

The East Cape today is what the corridor was years ago with prime properties still available. Much of the allure of the East Cape is the ability to purchase large parcels of beachfront property. The market for properties of 10 to 20 acres or more has always been high. Along with the single-family lot buyer looking for their own piece of paradise. Buyers know that any property purchased on the East Cape can provide more than an idyllic secluded beach getaway but a sound investment for the future.

Not only was the getting to and from much more difficult, trying to build and live on the East Cape was completely different than living in town. Today there are many experienced builders on the East Cape and the convenience of modern living are much more accessible. There are also more select finished homes to choose from. Don’t miss an opportunity to own a beach front home on the spectacular beaches of the East Cape.

The new gateway to the East Cape was once the sleepy village of La Playita. Today it is the upscale Marina and Golf Resort of Puerto Los Cabos. The Marina development is having a huge impact on the properties on the Cape. The Mayan Riviera Vidanta group acquired 2500 meters of beach front property just beyond Puerto Los Cabos and Zacatitos for their golf and beach resort. New pavement and roads are underway transforming the entrance to the East Cape from the dusty dirt road we all know to miles of luxurious pavement. Farther up the East Cape developers are posturing themselves for the creation of luxury properties both intimate and within large master planned developments. The newest marina and golf development is underway on the northern end of the East Cape near the small village of La Ribera.

There are individual lots available on the East Cape. Some offer closer proximity to town and services and some are more secluded. My unmatched experience on the East Cape offers tremendous insight for purchasers. A trip to the East Cape makes it obvious where the future growth is going to happen.
